CBC  - a rip/off?

Recently, I have changed my entertainment options on our TV. For quite some time we have watched “Fox” News, mainly to try to sort out this Trump fella. Most media outlets are very left leaning and distort almost all news to suite their agenda. Main stream Canadian TV news is biased against Trump.  CBC is all in for the Canadian Liberals and why not? Over 600 middle-management are in the six figures plus thanks to the one point 4 billion tax dollars CBC squanders. CBC executives would find it difficult to be   replaced into a private setting, especially financially.   Ratings show that for all we spend, only 1.7% of us watch some CBC productions.

Our Liberals have a stranglehold on the public with so much of the media on the taxpayer’s payroll. “Murdoch Mysteries”, CBC’s best watched show was not produced by the CBC as most of us would have assumed. However, if you are looking for unusual people with Queer and dopey ideas and life styles, droning on about their place in the universe, you will be where you need to be when watching TV or listening to your CBC radio station.  Yes, there are some programs that are rather interesting but, you can get these productions on any number of regular channels. The argument that CBC reaches the remote parts of our country makes no sense as the budget for this programming is less than 3% of their total budget.  Where there is a void and a similar need, man has a sense for that need and usually tries to fill it. With the gobs of free money our indigenous get now, I am sure they would love to fill in for a corporate giant that has little knowledge of wants and needs. “CIB” Canadian Indigenous Broadcasting. CBC will never be a BBC and I assure that was the initial intent.
