Germany - 3 strikes and you’re out!

I lived through the second world war as a child and my father lived through the first world war as a child. Will my grandchildren be the ones that will have to finish the German’s passion for war and international dominance? I hope that this is a false alarm and I will be the first to apologiz if I am wrong. However, when reading many prophets and Bible scholars, the same tell-tale comments are leading back to Germany and its desire to get back into a fight. Much has been written that in the Last Days, Europe will be at war, and Germany will be in the thick of it. As a God fearing Roman Catholic Christian, our Prime Minister Mark Carney should be aware that in the Last Days, Europe will be in a war that will be a War to end all wars, and that Germany will be a large part of this conflict. And yet he is taking us away from our traditional allies to Europe and we will inevitably get mired down in another war there. A BBC report has recently released this statement from the German Inspector General assessing Europe’s future. It reads –
"We are threatened by Russia and Putin. We have to do whatever is needed to deter that.“ General Carsten Breuer warns that Nato should be braced for a possible attack in as little as four years. It’s not about how much time I need; it’s about how much time he gives me to be prepared. The defense chief says bluntly. The sooner we are prepared, the better. (Germany decides to leave history in the past and prepare for war)” March 31/2025.
Reports have been heard in Canada, but muffled I suspect that Germany has been building war material at a break neck speed. If this is the case, Bible prophesy is coming true as written in Joal 3/9,10. To me, it seems hard to believe that Germany would be frightened of Russia when the Ukraine seems to be stalling Russia’s advancements and both sides are losing so many soldiers and weapons. What am I missing?
Let us not be so naïve as to think this can’t be true. Many Jews died and many more lost all their possessions thinking that their German neighbours would never turn against them. One determined small country defied the world and brought havoc to so many people and countries. Germany will always be a country to be reckoned with and feared.
The world is going to be a very inhospitable place before calm comes with the second coming of Jesus Christ.
